LA GLORIETA
La Glorieta is located in the Victoria Building in the centre of Mojacar, walking distance to the main plaza but far enough away so one can enjoy the peace and quiet and amazing views of the Mediterranean and Almanzora valleys.
La Glorieta has full use of the stunning rooftop communal pool which provides outdoor showers, bathrooms and sun-loungers all free for visitors to use.
The space is a modern two bedroomed apartment with a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen including an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, micro-wave oven, washer/drier and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with twins beds, a sunroom with easy chairs and dining table and chairs, a living room with sofa and armchair, television with both English and Spanish channels and Chromecast and Netflix, and a large bathroom with a full bath and overhead shower, handbasin, toilet and bidet.
The apartment has air-conditioning (hot and cold), free wifi, all linen, bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided plus basic provisions including shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board, extra pillows and blankets.
Security features include a combined Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector.
CASA JAZMIN
Also available in Mojacar is a one bedroomed three storey charming traditional Spanish Casita located in the Old Town with far reaching views to the sea and mountains. The house consists of a lower ground floor which has a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, windows with hand-made shutters and an overhead fan for the warm weather - there is a utility room which is fitted with a washing machine and a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothing.
The entrance to Casa Jazmin is on the ground floor which takes you into an open plan kitchen with dining table and chairs, fridge and freezer, hob and oven, a desk area and large windows to the front and side again with hand-made shutters on each. There is a cloakroom also on this level with hand basin and toilet.
There is a feature wooden spiral staircase which takes you up to the top floor living room with sofabed, armchair, television with English channels, and a very efficient log burner.
There are double doors which open out onto a beautiful roof terrace that has outdoor seating and a fold-out roof blind should you need shade. The views from this top story are stunning and the house is perfectly placed for access to a fully stocked local supermarket.
All linen and towels will be provided and the house has free wi-fi.
THE KEY HOUSE
The Key House is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a Grade II Listed building on the main square of Ilminster, a classic Somerset market town. Being on the first floor the apartment enjoys floor to ceiling sash windows in both the main living room and bedroom. There is a separate kitchen with fridge, hob and oven and ample storage for all supplied crockery and utensils for cooking.
The living room has a dining table and chairs, a two seater sofa bed, side tables, a range type heater, music centre and television. There is a large wooden linen box which has extra bedding should it be required.
The entrance hall has a small bathroom on one side with hand-basin, shower and toilet and opposite the entrance to that is the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe with drawers for clothing.
There is central heating in the property and free wi-fi.
The property is perfectly positioned to enjoy the town, there are many lovely antique shops and restaurants, plus good supermarkets very nearby. It is a 12 mile drive to the lovely beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth and the towns of Bridport and Crewkerne are interesting nearby places worthy of a visit.
